Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Gynecological diseases requiring laparoscopic surgery; ? Age 18-65 years old; ?ASA grade ?-?

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, liver and kidney failure; ? Poorly controlled diabetes; ? Severe bleeding tendency and coagulopathy; ? infection at the puncture site of nerve block; ? cognitive impairment or communication difficulties; ? long-term use of opioids or non-steroidal drugs; ? other contraindications to surgery and anesthesia
