Medium-dose astragalus group:Astragalus and Gui Zhi Wu Wu Tang with Tofacitib Combined with Medium Dose of Astragalus
High-dose astragalus group:Astragalus and Gui Zhi Wu Wu Tang with Tofacitib combined with high dose of Astragalus membranaceus

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of western medicine for rheumatoid arthritis; (2) Patients who meet the above TCM differentiation of qi and blood deficiency; (3) The patient is between 18 and 65 years old; (4) According to the DAS28-CRP score, the disease is in the active phase (DAS28-CRP>3.2); (5) Sign the consent form of the young people and have good compliance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Women preparing for pregnancy or lactation; (2) Patients with overlapping other rheumatisms such as systemic lupus erythematosus and Sjogren's syndrome; (3) Serious diseases of heart, cerebrovascular, digestive tract, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system; (4) Apply other therapeutic measures that affect the judgment of the efficacy of this observation plan.
