Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anesthesia (ASA) physical status classification ?-?;The estimated operation time is more than 1 hour;Age =65 years;.No sedative or analgesic allergy history ; no history of allergic disease or mental illness ; not long-term use of sedative and analgesic drugs ; no opioid dependence or tolerance ; no bradycardia ; there was no obvious abnormality in heart, lung, liver and kidney function. They agreed to participate in this study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients or their family members refused to participate in the trial; patients who were allergic to benzodiazepines and any components of this product, myasthenia gravis, schizophrenia, severe depression; patients who planned to undergo a second operation during the same hospitalization; preoperative mini-mental state scale (MMSE) score = 23
