60 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 60-90 years old. 2)Balance function BBS score >40 3)MoCA score 18-26 4)MMSE score <24 5) Basic communication skills and normal visual and hearing. 6) physical ability sufficient for endurance sports training. 7) Subjective memory problems 8)Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Diagnosis of AD or other types of dementia. 2) Family history of early onset dementia. 3)participation in any investigational drug study. 4)history of seizures in the past 2 years 5)Any major psychiatric disorder, including clinically confirmed major depression, bipolar disorder, or schizophrenia. 6)previous history of brain injury or MRI evidence; 7)unstable chronic medical conditions, including hypertension, hypotension, diabetes mellitus, heart disease, etc; 8)Significant history of alcohol or drug abuse within the past 10 years. 9)severe or non-healing wounds, ulcers or fractures 10)moderate intensity aerobic training for 20 minutes or more, 3 times per week for the last 30 years 11)intracranial placement of ferromagnetic substances, pacemakers, stents 12) hearing aids in the ear;
