Gold Standard:The diagnostic criteria for sarcopenia in this study were based on the diagnostic criteria in the Asian Working Group for Sarcopenia 2019, and sarcopenia was diagnosed if ? + ? or ? were
? Decrease in muscle strength: grip strength <28kg for men and <18kg for women
? Decrease in somatic function: 5 times sit-up test time =12s.
Index test:Chest CT images Simplified five-item rating scale (SARC-F) SARC-Calf Scale Ishii Score Geriatric Nutritional Risk Index (GNRI)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Pathologic diagnosis confirmed lung cancer; (2) Undergoing chemotherapy treatment; (3) Completion of chest CT examination in the current hospitalization in compliance with medical advice; (4) Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Presence of metastases in the chest wall within the range of T10~T12; (2) Poor quality of chest CT images; (3) Patients with physical disability, motor disability, intellectual or psychiatric disability; (4) Patients with a combination of primary malignant tumors elsewhere, diseases of the heart, liver, kidneys, and other vital organs, wasting diseases (e.g., AIDS, tuberculosis), body edema, muscle-related diseases (e.g., myositis, myasthenia gravis), a history of vertebral fracture, or the use of glucocorticosteroids or diuretics in the last 1 month; (5) Patients with metal objects in their bodies or with pacemakers.
