Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Volunteers who meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic lower back pain 2: Age 18 to 60 years old, any gender, able to cooperate positively with treatment 3: First time treatment or no previous surgical treatment or standard conservative treatment 4: Sign an informed consent form, comply with the contents of the informed consent form and be willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Diagnostic criteria include causative factors for lower back pain 2: Patients with severe cardiovascular, metabolic and psychiatric disorders 3: Regular physiotherapy or other rehabilitation therapy within the last 3 months
