20 Years to 45 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASAI-II class, age 20-45 years, body mass index (BMI) 18-30 kg/m2, no history of upper respiratory tract and pulmonary infections 2 weeks prior to surgery, no history of asthma, and estimated operative time within 2 hours.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: patients with body mass index > 30 kg/m2; chronic alcohol and drug abusers; patients with abnormal cardiopulmonary function; patients with allergy to benzodiazepines; patients with myasthenia gravis, patients with family history of malignant hyperthermia.
