Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Adult female, normal cognition, primary school education/academic ability, can use mobile phones; 2) symptoms consistent with stress urinary incontinence; 3) Voluntarily participate in this trial and give written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with clear urge urinary incontinence symptoms 2) Those who have recently received regular PFMT; 3) Those who have indications for surgery and strong willingness to operate, and refuse to accept PFMT; 4) Those who have objective factors that make it difficult to follow up (such as the short stay of foreigners, etc.); 5) Have a history of stroke, epilepsy and other neurological diseases; Depression and other psychiatric diseases that make it impossible to follow up with them; 6) Have any other chronic medical history (such as venous thrombosis, heart failure, myocardial infarction, pulmonary heart disease, etc.) that may affect compliance; 7) Those with gynecological or other systemic malignant tumors or suspected malignant tumors that need to be treated immediately; 8) Those with genital tract malformations and severe genital trauma who cannot be assessed for muscle strength; 9) Those who have undergone relevant operations with stress urinary incontinence as an indication for surgery; 10) Those who are using or preparing to use other treatments (such as magnetic therapy, acupuncture, laser, etc.) to treat stress urinary incontinence.
