65 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with hip fractures requiring surgery under subarachnoid anesthesia 2. The patient or family member signs the informed consent form. 3. Age = 65 years old. 4. No gender restrictions. 5. American Society of Anesthesiologists classifies ASA I~III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications of subarachnoid anesthesia. 2. Severe cardiopulmonary disease. 3. History of lumbar surgery. 4. Scoliosis. 5. Pregnant and lactating women. 6. Patients with affected skin in the anesthetized area.
