Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic sinusitis; (2) Age 18~75 years old, gender is not limited; (3) Those who voluntarily receive comprehensive treatment such as nasal endoscopic surgery, postoperative nasal irrigation and regular postoperative review; (4) Those who knowingly and voluntarily sign the informed consent form and voluntarily obey the requirements of this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with other nasal sinus diseases such as benign tumors of the nasal cavity and sinuses, cases accompanied by nasal structural abnormalities, allergic rhinitis, mold sinusitis, odontogenic maxillary sinus infection, etc.; (2) Pregnant or lactating patients; (3) Those who are critically ill or have serious diseases of other systems such as heart, liver, and kidney; (4) Those who cannot cooperate with treatment and cannot correctly understand and answer the questionnaire.
