18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? The age range is 18-60 years old; ? It meets the diagnostic criteria of ICSD-3; ?5 points < PSQI < 17 points; ? no treatment with psychotropic drugs; ? No communication and cognitive impairment, can perform basic operations on smart phones; ? Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Serious diseases such as neuroendocrine, cardiovascular, hematopoietic system, and tumors; ? Sleep disorders caused by depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, or other serious mental illnesses, with HAMA scores greater than 14 and/or HAMD scores greater than 17; ? Other sleep disorders, or any other sleep disorders found on sleep monitoring (PPSG) at baseline, such as obstructive sleep apnea, rapid eye movement (REM) sleep disorders, or restless leg syndrome; ? Pregnant or lactating individuals who are not suitable for acupuncture treatment; ? Individuals who have received acupuncture treatment for insomnia in the past month; ? Alcohol and/or other substance abuse or dependence; ? Patients who cannot cooperate with real-time EEG monitoring or PPSG.
