Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke formulated by the Fourth National Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases, and have been diagnosed as a stroke patient by head MRI or CT examination; (2) Motor dysfunction of either limb caused by stroke; (3) Age =18 years old; (4) first stroke; (5) Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (MO CA) < 26 points (MO CA < 27 points for those with less than 12 years of cultural education); (6) Standing balance = level II, Brunnstrom motor function grade = level IV; (7) Able to stand independently for =30 seconds (no contact assistance is allowed); (8) No obvious communication barriers; (9) Patients and their family members are aware of this experiment, agree to cooperate, and voluntarily sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Previous history of mental illness or mental illness; (2) Patients with cochlear implants in both ears, tinnitus and vertigo; (3) Strictly pay attention to hearing disorders, and have other serious diseases of the system; (4) Participants in other training programs during the study period.
