Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 2023.10-2024.10 Patients undergoing shoulder arthroscopic treatment due to forward shoulder instability of the shoulder joint, aged 18-50 years, the proportion of shoulder glenoid bone defects on the affected side is 5-15%

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Combined with rotator cuff injury, tumor, joint adhesions, etc.; Osteoarthritis of the shoulder joint has been present; Deltoid muscle dysfunction due to axillary nerve injury.
