Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Depressed person Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for depressive disorder in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5); (2) Hamilton Depression Scale (total score) =17 points; (3) Age 18-55 years old, Han nationality, right-handed; (4) Voluntarily participate in the experiment and cooperate, with the informed consent of myself or my family members. Post-traumatic stress disorder Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5) diagnostic criteria for post-traumatic stress disorder; (2) PCL-C total score =38; (3) Age 18-55 years old, Han nationality, right-handed; (4) Voluntarily participate in the experiment and cooperate, with the informed consent of myself or my family members.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Depression group (1) A history of serious physical illness or substance abuse such as alcohol; (2) History of head trauma; (3) History of other mental or neurological disorders; (4) Serious suicide, self-injury, wounding and other impulsive tendencies. Post-traumatic stress symptom group (1) There is a history of organic disease, alcohol and drug dependence after hospital examination; (2) History of other mental or neurological disorders. (3) Serious suicide, self-injury, wounding and other impulsive tendencies.
