Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Patients treated with maintenance hemodialysis were =65 years old and =6 months of dialysis; ? Normal cognitive ability and effective communication; ? Regular dialysis 3 times a week, 3-4 h each time; ? Blood pressure =90/60mmHg before dialysis; ? Upper limb arteriovenous fistula or cervical/subclavian central vein dialysis catheter was used; ? The patient was in stable condition and volunteered to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with age =65 years and expected survival =1 year; ? Congestive heart failure, pulmonary edema, septic shock and other severe patients; ? Patients with acute inflammatory skin diseases of lower extremity skin; ? Lower extremity hemodialysis catheter implantation or recent venous ligation and skin grafting; ? Lower extremity deep vein thrombosis or suspicious; ? Can not cooperate, such as: severe mental illness, senile dementia and other patients; ? For other reasons, patients who cannot continue to receive dialysis in the hemodialysis room recently.
