Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? ASA anesthesia grading standards: Grade I to Grade II ? The patient's age range is between 65 and 90 years old ? Selected patients who have been diagnosed as requiring surgical treatment ? The patient has no cognitive or behavioral impairment ? Obtain informed consent from the patient and sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? There is coagulation dysfunction ? The patient or their family members have a mental illness ? There are serious organic diseases such as liver and kidney dysfunction ? The patient has taken sedative or analgesic drugs within 6 months. ? Overweight or obese individuals (body mass index = 28.0) ? Intraoperative bleeding = 1000ml (or surgery time = 180min) ? There is a history of allergy to the medication used in this study

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The incidence of cognitive impairment in patients within 6 hours after surgery;

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Record the two groups of patients during anesthesia induction (T0) and after Tracheal intubation when BIS value<60 (T1) (T2) HR and MAP at 3 time points;Observe and record the patient's eye opening time, extubation time and PACU stay time from the time of stopping transfusion of Narcotic;The occurrence, frequency and duration of adverse reactions such as respiratory depression, somnolence, dizziness, headache, hypertension, Hypotension and restlessness within 6 hours, 12 hours and 24 hours after operation were recorded;
