18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) 18 years = age = 65 years; right sharp hand; 2) CRS-R scores at admission, with states of consciousness as VS, MCS, and EMCS, with equal numbers of patients in each state of consciousness; 3) No previous neurological or psychiatric history, no history of substance abuse; no similar family history; 4) Need to exclude the role of muscarinic and sedative drugs (if necessary, discontinued for more than 24 hours); 5) The consent of the family members and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Unstable vital signs; 2) Combined epilepsy; 3) Routine EEG suggestive of alpha coma; 4) Uncontrolled stable complications such as PSH or pulmonary infection.
