60 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? is over 60 years old; ? has undergone elective artificial total hip arthroplasty or artificial total knee arthroplasty; ? American Association of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification: Grade I~?; ? has normal coagulation tests; ? No preoperative cognitive dysfunction;?meets the indications for arthroplasty surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? has mental dysfunction or taking antipsychotic medication; ? with other pathological diseases (chronic renal failure, hypothyroidism, musculoskeletal, and neurodegenerative diseases), ? severe heart, liver, and renal insufficiency; ? various malignant tumors; ? A history of trauma, stroke or surgery in the past one year;? There are contraindications to lumbar puncture;? Vision and hearing impairment;? Refusing to participate in the study or having incomplete evaluation data
