18 Years to 79 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? a.APCA or (and) IFA positive in serum; b.The pathology of gastric biopsy is consistent with gastric body/fundus mucosal atrophic lesions; c. The level of PG I decreased, PG I/PG II decreased, and G-17 increased. (Note: a is a prerequisite, b and c meet any of them). ?Age between 18-79 years old; ?The subjects gave informed consent to this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with a history of gastric surgery; ? Patients with suspected malignant transformation (except gastric neuroendocrine tumor, NET) diagnosed by pathological diagnosis of gastric mucosa; ? Combined with serious primary diseases such as heart, brain, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system , or serious diseases that affect their survival; ? mentally ill patients
