40 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) subjects without MS in the Natural Population Health Cohort Project of West China Hospital of Sichuan University; 2) Age was older than or equal to 40 years old; 3) able to walk independently and participate in the measurement of handgrip strength and human composition; 4) signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) severe and terminal diseases: 2) acute author of acute or chronic diseases; 3) unable to communicate normally due to serious cognitive impairment, mental disorders, visual impairment and hearing impairment; 4) unable to stand alone or have pacemakers, heart stents and other human composition tests; 5) poor compliance.
