Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Admission to ICU; 2) 18 years old< age < 65 years old; 3) Diagnosis of sepsis based on history, clinical manifestations, laboratory tests and imaging tests (consistent with The Third International Consensus Definitions for Sepsis and Septic Shock (Sepsis-3), 2016); 4) Patients with endotracheal intubation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Pregnant and lactating women; 2) The patient or his family does not agree; 3) Patients who are transferred, discharged or die within 7 days of admission to the ICU; 4) Incomplete clinical data; 5) Application of immunomodulatory drugs (such as thymus peptide, glucocorticoids, etc.) within 7 days of admission to the ICU; 6) There are autoimmune diseases, and long-term immunomodulatory drugs are used
