Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of HFrEF; (2) Age = 18 years old =79 years old (male or female); (3) Grade II-III cardiac function; (4) Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with acute coronary syndrome who had acute myocardial infarction or underwent revascularization in the early stage (within 2 days) or within the last 6 months; (2) aortic/aorta parietal tumor; (3) Fatal arrhythmias; (4) acute heart failure (hemodynamic instability); (5) Uncontrolled hypertension after medication (systolic blood pressure =160mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure =100mmHg); (6) pericardial diseases such as constrictive pericarditis; (7) Cardiomyopathy: severe hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy, restrictive cardiomyopathy; (8) acute systemic cardiomyopathy; (9) pulmonary embolism; (10) primary pulmonary hypertension; Cerebral infarction in recent 3 months; (11) mentally ill persons; (12) Moderate to severe anemia (hemoglobin <90g/L); (13) severe hepatic and renal insufficiency (alanine transaminase =3 times the normal upper limit, serum creatinine =3mg/dl); (14) Participants who have participated in other clinical trials within the last 3 months.
