Age
18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Closed trauma with head and face less than 24 hours; (2) GCS score 13-15; (3) Transient loss of consciousness (<30 minutes); (4) Confusion or post-traumatic amnesia (<24 hours); (5) Transient focal neurological deficits; (6) Age =18 years; (7) No obvious hemorrhagic lesions were found in head CT or MRI.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Traumatic brain injury caused by alcohol or drug poisoning; (2) Oral anticoagulants; (3) Oral psychotropic drugs; (4) Patients with epilepsy; (5) Patients complicated with severe infection, immunosuppressive therapy, multiple organ failure, and hematological diseases.
