18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? 18-80 years old; ? Invasive mechanical ventilation is expected to be =48h; (3) Invasive mechanical ventilation began after admission to ICU; (4) PaO2 / FiO2 < 200 mmHg.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Pregnant women; (2) asthma; ? Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; ? neuromuscular disorders; ? Severe obesity (BMI > 35Kg/m2); ? Malignant tumor; ? Severe circulation instability (norepinephrine > 0.5µg /kg/min); ? Acute liver failure; ? Chronic heart failure; ? Patients or family members refused to participate.
