Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Those aged between 45 and 85 years and who can clearly express their medical condition 2) Those who meet the diagnostic criteria for RA in Western medicine 3) Those who meet the diagnostic criteria for TCM 4) Those who had not received other interventions, such as acupuncture and moxibustion or cupping within two months 5) Those who voluntarily participated in this study signed the informed consent form and were able to follow up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who are prone to needle sickness. 2) Patients with a combination of primary severe diseases, such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, renal, and hematopoietic diseases and psychiatric disorders. 3) Patients with severe chronic infections, current infections, and malignancies. 4) Patients with overlapping other immune diseases, such as systemic lupus erythematosus and dry syndrome 5) Patients with severe joint deformities and loss of joint mobility that prevents scoring 6) Women who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding.
