Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Critically ill patients in ICU, aged over 18, are expected to stay in ICU for more than 2 days. Patients with acute gastrointestinal injury grade II-IV have no contraindications to indwelling naso intestinal tube. ? The patient has stable hemodynamics, no contraindications to enteral nutrition, gastric retention or gastric dysfunction, and high risk of aspiration. It is impossible to implement enteral nutrition through nasogastric tube. Early enteral nutrition can be carried out according to the guidelines. ? The patient or the patient's family members have signed the informed consent to use this system for naso intestinal tube retention.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Contraindications of indwelling naso intestinal tube: such as severe coagulation dysfunction, intestinal obstruction, intestinal ischemia, severe abdominal distension, gastrointestinal perforation, etc. ? The patient's family members (or other legal representatives of the patient) do not agree to sign the informed consent form.
