40 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Aged 40-85 years old, male or female; ?First stroke, moderate stroke patients with NIHSS score 5-15; ?Cognitive function decline usually occurs within six months after stroke; ?MMSE baseline score 20-26 points, MoCA score = 25 points; ?Patients who are conscious, without aphasia, without severe intellectual impairment, without mental disorders, who can communicate normally and complete the assessment of the scale; ?Consent and voluntarily participate in this clinical research, and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Central nervous system diseases other than stroke, such as epilepsy, Parkinson, Alzheimer; ?Severe mental illness or severe depression, long-term use of antidepressants, antipsychotics and other drugs for treatment; ?Combined with Severe heart, liver or kidney disease and or cancer; ? Those with a history of underlying medical conditions that may lead to abnormal cognitive function; ? Pregnant women.
