18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18-50 years old; (2) The patient with bilateral gluteal contracture had a history of frequent intramural injection in childhood; (3) The height difference of lateral medial malleolus tips in supine position was no more than 1cm; (4) when sitting upright, the upper body can be upright (hip flexion 90°, knee flexing 90°), and the knees can be passive together; (5) Arthroscopic gluteal contracture release operation was performed for the first time; (6) The patient agrees to the surgical plan.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with hip joint disease; (2) Patients with lumbar spine or sacroiliac joint diseases; (3) Patients with severe knee diseases and limited knee flexion or extension; (4) bounce hip (only bounce, and can squat at the foot, can cross legs) patients.
