Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Cardiac and respiratory arrest; 2.Age > 16, either sex; 3.Time from CA to basic life support is not exceed 10 minutes; 4.Advanced life support (endotracheal intubation and PetCO2 monitoring) is required; 5.Meet ethical requirements and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Refusal of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (DNR); 2.People with known rib fractures who cannot perform CPR; 3.CA caused by increased thoracic pressure (such as pneumothorax) was mainly treated as the primary disease and was not included in this study; 4.The study physician found any conditions unsuitable for inclusion.
