Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? ASA grading I to ?; ? Age 18-65 years old; ? BMI<30 kg/?; ? Selective thyroidectomy under general anesthesia; ? Can understand the content of the evaluation scale and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients who are allergic to lidocaine; ? Long term use of sleeping aids, steroids, or abuse of alcohol or drugs; ? Individuals with chronic diseases such as hypertension, severe heart, liver, and kidney; ? Individuals with severe mental illness Merge neurological diseases. ? Individuals with a history of major surgery within 6 months prior to surgery.
