Interventions

TAX group:In TXA group, 20min and intravenous drip of 100ml saline + TXA1.0g were given before operation.
control group:Intravenous drip with the same dose of normal saline

60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: (1) the age is between 60 and 80 years old; (2) the fracture can be diagnosed definitely according to the relevant medical history, symptoms, signs and related auxiliary examination; (3) the mode of operation must be percutaneous transluminal vertebroplasty; (4) the body mass index (BMI= weight / height ²) is between 18.5-24Kg/ (m) ²; (5) the ASA score is grade I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1 allergic to tranexamic acid (TXA); 2 pathological fractures, old fractures or associated malignant tumors; 3 having suffered from thrombotic diseases (deep venous thrombosis, pulmonary embolism, etc.), disseminated intravascular coagulation, abnormal coagulation function, etc.; 4 complicated with severe respiratory, digestive, blood system diseases or fractures in other parts; 5 other anticoagulants or procoagulant drugs are being used at present.
