23 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) age = 18 years old, able to complete the questionnaire by themselves and willing to accept self-management intervention, 2) confirmed diagnosed of asthma in steps 3-5, 3) received standard treatments according to their asthma grade during the previous 6 months, and 4) have a smartphone and use of WeChat for effective communication.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Pregnant or lactating women, 2) with serious cardiovascular, hepatic, renal and mental disorders, 3) who were attending other self-management program, 4) whose asthma control test score was complete control, 5) acute severe attacks require hospitalization and 6) were unable to communicate.
