Interventions

A:25mg of nanocarbon was injected around the tumor lumpectively 15 minutes before surgery
B:50mg of nanocarbon was injected around the tumor lumpectively 15 minutes before surgery
C:25mg of nanocarbon was injected around the tumor under lumpectomy 30 minutes before surgery
D:25mg of nanocarbon was injected around the tumor lumpectively 45 minutes before surgery
E:Endoscopic injection of nanocarbon 25mg around the tumor one day before surgery
Experimental group of validation period:According to the experimental results of each group, the best nanocarbon injection time and injection dosage were compared, and the nanocarbon was injected befo
