Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Meet the criteria of "Diagnostic Points of Various Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019", and cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage confirmed by CT or MRI; ? Patients with more complete medical records, including laboratory tests and treatment prescriptions; ? Patients with stable condition and clear consciousness; ? Mini-mental state examination scale (MMSE) = 24 points; ? Patients with certain language expression ability and narrative ability; ? Patients who can complete the questionnaire independently or under the guidance of the investigator; ? Patients who obtained informed consent and were willing to participate in the questionnaire survey. ? Patients with limb motor dysfunction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Patients with severe cognitive disorders such as dystonia, affective and psychiatric disorders; ? Patients with functional motor disorders of the limbs caused by severe bone and joint diseases; ? Patients who are unable to express their personal preference, younger, with serious complications or critically ill patients.
