20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 20 and 40 years; 2. Patients diagnosed with endometriosis by laparoscopy or laparotomy, or meeting all of the following criteria: (1) Cyclical and non-cyclical signs and symptoms (dysmenorrhea, dyspareunia, dyschezia, etc.) (2) Palpable nodularities in the pouch of Douglas found on bimanual pelvic examination (3) Endometrioma found by TVS 3. Previous embryo transfer failure cycle is = 2, and previous ovulation cycle is = 2; 4. Performing frozen-thawed single blastocyst transfer, and the blastocyst was morphologically graded as 4BC or better using Gardner grading criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. No use of GnRH agonist (3.75mg) within 3 months prior to transfer; 2. Patients with untreated hydrosalpinx; 3. Patients with uterine malformalities (unicornuate uterus, uterus bilocularis, mediastinal uterus) or moderate to severe uterine adhesions, etc.; 4. Patients with a history of canceled FET cycle(s) due to a thin endometrium (<7mm); 5. History of recurrent abortion; 6. Preimplantation genetic screening is required; 7. Patients with untreated diabetes, hypertension, thyroid dysfunction, etc.
