Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic surgery; Trendelenburg position was adopted during the operation. Age 18-65 years old, gender is not limited; ASA grades I-II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Body weight index (BMI)>40 kg/m2; Preoperatively combined with severe pulmonary disease (FVEl/FVC<30%) or severe pulmonary infection or airway abnormalities; Preoperative chest radiograph or CT examination revealed atelectasis, pneumothorax, pleural effusion or pneumonia, thoracic malformations and neuromuscular diseases. Preoperative Sats were less than 90%.
