control group:Continuously fasting after surgery, ordering a fluid diet after anal discharge or defecation

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Before surgery, a tissue specimen was taken through gastroscopy and confirmed to be gastric cancer through pathological examination. CT examination showed no distant organ metastasis, and laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer is planned; ? No neoadjuvant treatment was performed before surgery; ? Age over 18 years old. ? After admission, nutritional risk screening and nutritional assessment were conducted according to GLIM standards to determine malnutrition.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Preoperative complications include gastric emptying disorders, pyloric obstruction, etc; ? Non malignant postoperative pathological types; Gastric stump cancer; ? Laparoscopic conversion, tumor seeding and metastasis, palliative surgery, and incomplete data; ? Diseases that cannot be treated in combination with mental disorders.
