18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age between 18 and 80 years; 2. presence of at least one colorectal polyp and scheduled for colonoscopy polypectomy; 3. ability to complete the entire procedure after providing written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. severe gastrointestinal symptoms such as gastrointestinal obstruction, gastrointestinal perforation, acute bowel disease, or gastrointestinal bleeding; 2. recent use of anticoagulant drugs (such as aspirin and warfarin) within 7 days before the scheduled colonoscopy; 3. pregnancy; 4. recent use of linaclotide or other laxatives within the past seven days or known allergy to linaclotide; 5. previous colonoscopy within the past two weeks.
