Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 In line with the Fourth National Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases of the Chinese Medical Association in 1995 through the ' various types of cerebrovascular. The diagnostic criteria of ' cerebral infarction ' in the key points of disease diagnosis were confirmed by CT or MRI. 2 The age of onset was between 26 and 75 years old ; 3 the first onset, acute onset, course of disease within 2 weeks to 1 month ; 4 limb dysfunction on the affected side ; 5 the first cerebral infarction, unilateral limb hemiplegia patients ; 6 Stable vital signs, excluding heart and lung, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and endocrine serious primary disease, fine Psychiatric patients, cancer patients ; 7 signed informed consent and can adhere to the doctor 's advice for treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 patients with transient ischemic attack, lacunar cerebral infarction without hemiplegia sequelae ; 2 recurrent, multiple and large area cerebral infarction ; patients treated with thrombolytic therapy ; 4 patients with Pusher syndrome and unilateral neglect ; 5 patients with severe sensory impairment ; 6 patients with deep sensation and skin disorder ; 7 Patients with low imagination ( determined by VMIQ and MIQ-R scores ). 8 obvious cognitive dysfunction, simple memory test ( AMT ) score less than 7 points.
