18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) drug sensitive TB cohort: Aged 18-80 years old; newly diagnosed pulmonary TB with both a positive culture result and a positive smear/Xpert/Xpert Ultra/TB-RNA reulst at The Third People's Hospital of Shenzhen; patient voluntarily participated and has signed the informed consent form (2) drug resistant TB cohort: Aged 18-80 years old; RR-TB / MDR-TB, confirmed by sputum culture or Drug sensitivity testing; weight > 40kg; daily routine and dietary habits.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) drug sensitive TB: patients with one of the following diseases - severe cardiovascular disease, rheumatic diseases, malignant tumor, HIV, liver disease, mental illness, and patients with poor treatment compliance (2) drug resistant TB: patients with one of the following diseases - malignant tumor, HIV, mental illness, and pregnant or lactating women
