Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age =18 years ? Isolated CABG with CPB ? sign the written informed consent and acknowledge the risks and benefits described in the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Emergency surgery ? Patients with CABG combined with other operations ? Preoperative hemoglobin <90g/L ? redo surgery; (5) preoperative application of antiplatelet drugs (aspirin, clopidogrel, etc.) < 5 days; ? Participate in other intervention studies within 1 month, and the evaluation has a greater impact on this study ? other conditions judged by the researchers are not suitable for inclusion.
