Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) normal health, no infectious diseases, blood diseases, mental diseases, active diseases and serious ulcers or infections; (2) Normal venous blood platelet count range (100×10^9/L~300×10^9/L); (3) No bad habits (such as smoking, alcohol, drugs, etc.) during pregnancy and lactation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Grade 3 or 4 gastrointestinal bleeding or varicose bleeding that required blood transfusion or endoscopic or surgical intervention in the 3 months prior to the first dose; (2) People with active hepatitis B (HBSAG and/or HBSAG core antibody positive with =103 copies /mL of HBV-DNA or =200IU/mL) or hepatitis C (HCV antibody positive and/or HCV-RNA positive) requiring treatment; (3) A history of immunodeficiency, including HIV testing positive, or other acquired or congenital immunodeficiency diseases, or a history of organ transplantation, or a history of allogeneic bone marrow transplantation; (4) Moderate or severe heart disease; (5) The researcher believes that the subjects are not suitable for participating in this study for other reasons.

Blood lipid levels of subjects before and after apheresis: total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein;;Barr cell subsets: NK cells, CD3+T cells, CD4+T cells, CD8+T cells.;

The proportion and rate of blood lipid decline before and after treatment.;
