Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Age 18-65 years, both men and women; ?Meet the criteria for diagnosis of overweight/obesity and identification of spleen deficiency and dampness; ? Relatively stable dietary habits, no special dietary predilections, no serious bad habits such as long-term heavy smoking, alcoholism, drug abuse, etc. in the last 5 years; ? Not having received treatment for weight loss by acupuncture within the last 3 months; ? Voluntarily join and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Combined with acute infectious diseases; ? Those with severe liver and kidney insufficiency, heart disease, respiratory disease and malignancy; ? previous hematologic diseases such as diabetes, chronic liver disease, coagulation disorders and acute and chronic gastrointestinal diseases such as chronic inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract, Crohn's disease, gastrointestinal tumors, and history of gastrointestinal surgery and other factors that may lead to disorders of the intestinal flora; ? using or having used antibiotics, laxatives, probiotics or prebiotic preparations within 1 month before enrollment; ? Patients with combined severe hyperuricemia, hyperlipidemia and other metabolic diseases that are poorly controlled by medications; ? Patients with psycho-emotional disorders and those who cannot cooperate with the study; ?Pregnant women, women in pregnancy, perinatal period, lactating women, and perioperative patients; ? Individuals who are usually susceptible to allergies and are allergic to needles; ? Individuals with skin diseases or skin damage at the needling site required for research.
