Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed with heart failure according to the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Heart Failure 2018; aged = 60 years; conscious and able to complete the questionnaire either in writing or verbally; and volunteered to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those with severe hearing or visual impairment; cognitive impairment, dementia, or other inability to understand the questionnaire and complete the questionnaire; and comorbidities with other end-stage diseases.
