Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age 65 years or older; ? Diagnosed dementia; ? Primary caregiver agreed to participate in this study and had some ability to hear and read; ? Living at home in the next 1 year and had no plans to move away from their current residence; ? Voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Combination of other serious life-threatening diseases and mental disorders.
