Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Schedule for Laparoscopic gastrointestinal surgery 2) Age=65y 3) ASA:?-? 4)Surgery procedure duration more than 2 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Severe chronic pulmonary disease before operation 2) CT or chest film indicates atelectasis, consolidation, pleural effusion, pneumothorax 3) History of Thoracic and Abdominal Surgery 4) History of serious heart disease 5) Severe thoracic deformity 6) Obesity (BMI = 30kg/m2) 7) Conversion to laparotomy 8) Ventilator treatment is required after operation 9)Surgery procedure duration less than 2 hours
