Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) the clinical diagnosis of AMI; (2) the age of 18 years; (3) the voluntary and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Presence of a malignancy with a life expectancy of no more than 1 year; or ongoing chemotherapy or radiotherapy; (2) end-stage renal failure or after renal transplantation; (3) severe liver insufficiency; (4) mental abnormalities or alcohol dependence; (5) patients whom the investigator considers clinically inappropriate to participate in the study.
