18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) All subjects are adults over 18 years old; (2) Subjects used nutritional preparations during ICU stay; (3) Subjects are expected to stay in ICU for more than 9 days; (4) All subjects or their family members are willing to participate in the test and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) The subjects have abnormal secretion of other hormones, such as thyroid hormone, parathyroid hormone, adrenotropic hormone, growth hormone, etc.; (2) patients with severe burn; (3) The subject is pregnant or lactating. (4) Patients with severe liver insufficiency, severe renal insufficiency and no hemofiltration; (5) patients with advanced malignant tumor and fluid deficiency; (6) Patients in shock, hemodynamic instability and still requiring high dose of norepinephrine 3 days after entry;
