Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 18-70 years old, subacute stroke patients within 3-6 months after stroke, hand motor function impairment, no cognitive dysfunction, no respiratory disease; agree to sign the informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who have recently suffered from respiratory diseases, or have symptoms of muscle soreness;aphasia, severe cognitive impairment, severe depression, etc.; unstable condition, including orthostatic hypotension, sepsis, epilepsy, etc.; patients with upper limb spasticity, the degree of Ashworth spasm in the shoulder, elbow or wrist of the affected limb is greater than grade 2; heart, lung , liver, kidney and other important organs function decline or failure; wearing a pacemaker, intracranial metal implants, or skull defects; severe cervical spondylosis including severe cervical spinal canal stenosis, cervical instability; refuse to sign the informed consent form
