Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Meet the diagnostic criteria of cognitive impairment of cerebral stroke in "Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Vascular Cognitive Impairment in China in 2019"; ? Cognitive impairment was assessed by Mini-Mental State Examination Scale (MMSE) (MMSE<26); ? The subjects are in the stable stage of stroke, with stable vital signs and clear consciousness, and can cooperate with the scale examination; ? Voluntary participation in this study; ? 40-90 years old; ? Right-handed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Suffering from hearing impairment or hearing comprehension impairment; 2 mental diseases, such as schizophrenia and hysteria; ? Patients with cognitive dysfunction caused by other diseases: Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease and brain injury; ? Brain CT/MRI showed moderate and severe white matter lesions; ? skull defect; ? There are metal implants and pacemakers in the brain.
